The main dining area features a solid pine table seating 12 - ideal for group meals and celebrations.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with ceramic hob and extractor, twin eye-level ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tall fridge, separate freezer, filter coffee machine, and toaster. A breakfast bar looks out over the garden and adds extra casual seating.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor) - Private self-contained double room with super king bed (can be split), en-suite shower room, Smart TV, and views over the rose garden. Perfect for grandparents or couples seeking privacy.
